I oved visiting this place it's got 2 floors and the food options were awesome. Very clean and the stores were tidy and organized.

Love CoolSprings Galleria!!! Absolutely tons of stores and a massive food court with almost everything! There’s no empty anchors, and very few empty storefronts. This is likely the most thriving mall I’ve been too, and I think it’s going to stay that way! Be sure to check it out if you’re in the area!

This Mall is amazing and you can find a lot here!!! My family and I come here every weekend for everything! There is something for everyone! Along the way there are lots of small businesses and big shops! They have lots of clothing options and stores! And if you are a skincare lady there is a Sephora! The place is well managed and very clean! If you get hungry while shopping they have a huge food court! There are lots of options like Chick Fill-A, Philly Cheesesteaks,Pyramids Cafe(a Mediterranean), Mr.Crepe and lots more! There is also stuff for kids as well! They have Build-A-Bear, LEGO, and Kid Clothing Shops! No matter who you are this place always approves!

Lots to do at the CoolSprings Galleria. We checked out Macy's, the Candy Craze, and walked around. One thing that strikes me about the place is the smells. Coffee his you right away. Nice. Also, some candy and pizza smells, too. Makes you hungry. The area is maintained well. It's pretty clean. Decent place to take kids. They have car carts for the little ones. It's very big, so you will need to go back a few times if you want to check it all out. There are no issues going back as I have more to see.

CoolSprings is a great mall! I have enjoyed it every time I've visited. There's plenty to do for all ages and a variety of stores to shop. The mall is two stories, and you can travel to and from each story easily by escalator or elevators. It's clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are easy to locate and clean. The food court is full of options. I love that this mall is still thriving!

This mall is large and has just about anything you can think of. Large indoor mall complete with big food court. Easy in and out . Plenty of free parking. And enough in and around the mall to keep you and your family busy for hours. Clean well maintained and the Police keep a sharp eye out for any trouble that might be brewing. Highly recommend.

I had such a nice visit here! The place is clean, organized, and just a really pleasant spot to shop. I only got a chance to check out one store, but it was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Everything looked well-kept, high-quality, and easy to browse. I felt totally comfortable taking my time and exploring without feeling rushed. Even though I didn’t see all the stores this time, this spot left such a positive impression that I’m already planning to come back for more. It’s exactly the kind of place you want to visit when you’re looking for a friendly, clean, and enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

CoolSprings Galleria is one of the best examples of a regional mall done right. The property is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, with a strong mix of national brands, dining options, and inviting common areas. The atmosphere feels lively without being overwhelming, and it’s clear that effort is being put into keeping the mall relevant and welcoming. What really stands out is the balance between modern updates and the mall’s original character. CoolSprings hasn’t lost its identity in the process of evolving, which is something many malls struggle with. From shopping to dining to simply walking the space, this mall continues to feel like a true destination rather than just a retail stop.

Cool Springs Galleria is a great two-story mall with an awesome mix of stores. It’s often very busy, so parking can be easier if you go to the big-name stores on the ends. The mall has a nice blend of boutique clothing shops as well as popular favorites like Build-A-Bear, Bath & Body Works, Hot Topic, and a good variety of shoe stores. There are a few open spaces, but most of the mall is full and has plenty to explore. The food court offers a solid variety of options, and the area is kept very clean—tables are wiped down often. Overall, it’s a well-maintained, vibrant mall that’s always a fun place to visit!

This mall is a really convenient spot with everything you need. Big anchor stores, cute little shops, and a food court with lots of tasty options. The space is clean, well-kept, and easy to navigate. I loved that it was nice and cool inside—such a relief on those hot days. It’s a great mix of stores, so you can run in and grab something specific or spend a couple of hours just browsing. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and there’s plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. I had a really good experience here and can see why locals like it so much.
